Delete Rates

Note:

You can only delete a rate structure, rate group, or rate class that are not being used for a project.

  1. Select Project Data > Rates in the Navigation Menu. The Manage Rates tab window displays.
  2. Click on the Structure [Select] dropdown in the Ribbon Menu and select the rate structure you want to delete from the list.
  3. Click Delete Structure in the Ribbon Menu. A delete confirmation dialog box displays.
  4. Click Yes.
  5. Optional. Close the Manage Rates tab.
  1. Select Project Data > Rates in the Navigation Menu. The Manage Rates tab window displays.
  2. Click on the Structure [Select] dropdown in the Ribbon Menu and select the rate structure you want from the list.
  3. Select the Rate Groups tab.
  4. In the top left pane that displays the list of Rate Groups, select the rate group row you want and press Delete. A delete confirmation dialog box displays.
  5. Click Yes.
  6. Optional. Close the Manage Rates tab.

  3. Select the Rate Groups tab.
  4. In the top left pane that displays the list of Rate Groups, select the Group row you want.
  5. When there is more than one class in the top right Rate Classes pane, select the class row you want.
  6. In the bottom right pane that displays the list of effective dates and Rates, select the rate row you want and press Delete. A delete confirmation dialog box displays.
  7. Click Yes.
  8. Optional. Close the Manage Rates tab.

  3. Select the Rate Groups tab.
  4. In the top right pane that displays the list of Rate Classes, select the rate class row you want and press Delete. A delete confirmation dialog box displays.
  5. Click Yes.
  6. Optional. Close the Manage Rates tab.
